New Football Orders

Any new season ticket orders will be printed in-house and mailed in August. They will still receive physical tickets but it will be printed on our ticket stock from the office instead of tickets with a fancy design.

Any new parking orders will also be sent separately from their season tickets if it has already been marked as printed in Paciolan.

Address Changes/Pulls

All season tickets have officially been sent to the printing company to be printed and mailed out to the address on file. Therefore, we can no longer do any address changes or pulls for any season ticket holder. This includes changing their seats for any reason. No exceptions! If someone has an address change, you'll want to tell them to be sure to have a forwarding address set up with the postal service since we can't change where it is being sent to at this point.

We will confirm once the mail date is finalized of when everything will be officially shipped out. We will also be notifying season ticket holders via email when the tickets are going to be mailed.

Men's Basketball Renewal Deadline

The deadline for Men's Basketball season ticket holders to renew their previous seats again for the upcoming 2015-16 season is this Friday, July 31st at 5:00PM. After that, all tickets will be released from their accounts and can not be guaranteed to still be available if they call to renew or purchase their seats again in a few weeks from now. An e-mail was sent to all of those season ticket holders this afternoon.

Order Fees/Charges

All single game tickets either sold over the phone or online will automatically have a $1-$3 per ticket fee added to their order.  This is for any single game ticket, including mini plans.  Group tickets DO NOT have per ticket fees, however I have created a $10 group order charge that must be added to each group order, plus the delivery charge (if applicable).

If a customer chooses mail or will call, they must have a $5 delivery charge added to their order as well. Print at Home tickets do not have any delivery charges.

Please make sure we are applying all charges through our orders. Thanks.

Football Mini Plan

A price code of “M” has been created for each single game, for certain price levels to offer an opportunity of a mini plan type option.  This is for customers who don’t really want season tickets but would like to buy multiple games.

It offers them the group rate price for buying multiple games. It is available in price levels 6 (2nd blue in club) , 7 (3rd blue in club) , 9 (Light blue in club) and 12 (Yellow).

It will not be online initially until it is determined how it is received, but we will let you know if that occurs.

Single Game Sale

Single game Football tickets will go on sale to the public on Thursday morning at 8:30am. Single game parking is currently on-sale and available to the public.

An e-mail will go out tomorrow announcing it and another e-mail will be sent Thursday morning to say it's live and available for purchase.

Half-Off Club Tickets

All –

We are making a change to the “half-off individual game club tickets” offer that we had in the past for club season ticket holders.

Club season ticket holders will still be able to purchase club level individual game tickets at half price.

This offer will only begin the week of each home game and is based on availability. The ½ priced tickets are not available prior to that. 

This offer is only valid to club season ticket holders.  Sections 228-236 are NOT club seats.
 
Individual game tickets in the golden cane area are not eligible for this discount

The ticket limit for this offer is equal to the number of season tickets you have.  For a club season ticket holder with 4 season tickets, they are eligible to purchase up to 4 half-priced individual game tickets in the club for every game if they want (based on availability), but they may not do so until the week of the game.

Football Away Games

The deadline for fans to request tickets to away games using their giving level and priority points is August 7th. Customers who have placed a ticket request to away games will be charged shortly thereafter, assuming we can fulfill their order.

Parking Payment Plans

After we run the upcoming payment plan for football (6/15), we will no longer be allowing customers to add it to their payment plan. Anyone adding parking passes will be required to pay for it in full. 

CWS seating chart

Attached is a seating chart to show where allotments will be located throughout the tournament.  With us being the lower seed on Saturday, we will be the visiting team for that game.  The time has not been determined.  Again, please do not guarantee a specific location to a customer as request quantities will probably change for each session and therefore each customer will more than likely have completely different seats for every session attended.


College World Series info

All,

Here is information regarding how we will be handling our allotment of tickets for the College World Series:

  • The University of Miami will only receive a limited number of tickets (700) per session that we participate in.  The number of tickets is split between lower level and upper level.  Also, customers must understand that this allotment tickets must satisfy player families, staff families, administration, travel party as well as ticket requests from HC members and season ticket holders.  This allotment size is determined by the NCAA.
  • Therefore, we are only offering the opportunity to request tickets for each potential session to Hurricane Club members and baseball season ticket holders.
  • Upon logging in, customers will see every potential session that Miami could participate in.  Miami will ONLY receive tickets to the game(s) it participates in.
  • Ticket request limits (per session) are based on Hurricane Club giving levels:
      • 6 tickets - Golden Cane, Champions, Platinum and Life members 
      • 4 tickets - Silver Cane members 
      • 2 tickets - All other Hurricane Club members (Green Plus, Green, Orange Plus, Orange, Sebastian Plus & Sebastian)
      • 2 tickets - All non-Hurricane Club member season ticket holders
    • The ability to request tickets does not guarantee a customer will receive tickets.  Request fulfillment will be determined after the deadline of Tuesday, June 9 at 5 p.m.
    • Email notification will be sent to notify customers of what potential sessions they requested that they will receive tickets for IF Miami participates in it.
  • When customers submit their request the tickets will have a $0 price.  This is due to the pricing varying based on session and location of seats.  The prices charged per ticket per session will range from $31-$38 throughout the CWS.
  • We will charge customers once it is determined that Miami will participate in the designated sessions.  Therefore, we will charge their cards on Wednesday, then on Sunday, and so on.
  • Customers will be charged an initial $5 charge so that we have a credit card on file to utilize throughout the CWS.
  • The email notifications sent out on Tuesday/Wednesday will also have the will call information as far as times and location at TD Ameritrade Park. 
  • IMPORTANT:  Only the customer of record on the account is the customer who may pick up his/her tickets in Omaha.  This is to ensure the fairness and maximize the number of Miami fans that will be cheering on the Hurricanes in Omaha.
  • Please make sure customers know they must have valid photo ID in order to retrieve the tickets each session, as they will have to pick up the tickets at the stadium before each game.
  • Any non-HC members and season ticket holders may be directed through the College World Series and their TicketExchange program - http://www.ncaa.com/cws

5 p.m - STH and HC pre-sale deadline
5 p.m - Any remaining all-session reserved seat locations available will go on sale to the public 
5 p.m - Single session general admission tickets will go on sale to the general public.  I will send the link to everyone at that time.

Thursday, June 4, 2015:
5 p.m - Any remaining reserved seat locations will go on sale on a single session basis to the general public.
