Football Season Printing

You will begin to notice today (6/30/17) that tickets will now show up as being printed.  This means you can no longer just change a customer’s seats or order, as it will not allow you to void the seats.  To void an order, you will need to have a Ticket Operations staff member do that for you. The Client Experience team will be overseeing this, so any seat changes need to be communicated to a Ticket Ops/Client Experience staff member so that they can make sure we correct the order.

For additions (new orders), do not worry about putting those on the google doc.  Anything that is just added new will get printed on its own, whether you choose to do Print@Home, or they want to choose mail.  They will not receive the nice stock if they place an order after July 6.  All tickets/parking after this date will be sent via Print@Home or Boca stock.  Please be sure to notify the customer of this.  We will offer mail (USPS Priority Mail) as an option until the large shipment of tickets goes out.  After this date, we will move to Print@Home or Will Call as the options.

We will be sending the print@home customers their tickets next week.  Once we send the run of print@home tickets, we will let you know so you can begin offering immediate print@home as an option to customers.

With the printing of tickets beginning, customers will be able next to start to utilize Ticket Transfer and Stubhub, so please be prepared for that.  We will be sending out communication to customers in July on how they can utilize those.

Tickets will be mailed from Arkansas directly in early August, and a date will be provided once finalized.  All packages go by USPS Priority Mail so we will provide tracking information.  Address changes can be made till the end of July, but they must be submitted in writing and provided to an Ops or Client Service staff member to add to the Google Doc.  After this time, mail forwarding is the option to provide the customer.  Golden Canes and above, along with Suite ticket holders will be sent out directly from the Hurricane Club and the Premium Sales staff respectively.

Any orders between July 7 and early August who select mail will be mailed directly from the ticket office and will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, and we will have those tracking numbers along with the main list.

Lastly, customers who have balance dues/non-compliant plans that were not approved to be printed, will remain unprinted until paid off.

Men's NCAA Ticket Information

Each work station should have a guide for ticket information and how to input it into Pac7 when taking requests from Hurricane Club members. We are only taking requests from Hurricane Club members for NCAA Tickets.  The deadline for the First/Second rounds if Tuesday, March 14 at 5pm.  They are being sent an email tonight with information to login and submit requests online.  We will be taking ticket requests for future rounds as well.

The biggest thing to note is the first and second rounds are charged on a round-by-round basis, therefore if we do not advance to the second round, we will not have tickets for any customers.  If we do advance, we will charge customers who requested second round tickets immediately after our first round game.

We will be sitting in Section 120 for the First Round on Friday. Please do not guarantee a customer any specific row or seating in this section.

For the Regional and Final Four, tickets are sold in all-session booklets, and customers are required to purchase in this manner, as we will not be selling via individual sessions.

Football Sales/Relocations

Inventory in PAC has been updated since the end of the renewal process.  You will notice in some of the higher demand areas that there are “u” holds remaining that you are able to see.  These are available for you to sell over the phone, but are not visible online.  You may sell “u” holds as season tickets, and also continue to use the “F” holds for season sales.  Only the “F” holds are visible online, but all are available to sell for season ticket inventory.

Below are the new protocols in place regarding new football sales:
  1. The maximum number of seats a new account can be sold is eight (8).
  2. The maximum number of seats a new account outside the state of Florida can be sold is four (4).
  3. The maximum number of seats a current STH can add is eight (8).
  4. Any account requesting more will need to be approved by Mackie.  I will need specific details on this request for it to be considered.

Customer Relocation Data

The customer relocation data spreadsheet is saved to the desktop to each of your computers. The report shows who is involved in the relocation process, and their date and time of selection.  It also shows their PIN which will act as their password for the initial login, but then will only matter if they have not linked their online account yet. These times will also be uploaded to view in the User Defined field of Pac7 or back office.

Relocation Test Site

Here is a test account to use:

Customer: 2516907
PIN/Password: 5344

Please DO NOT go all the way through the process or else the test account becomes closed and no one else can use it!

Season Ticket Renewal Changes

Please make sure that you are also updating the donation (and the donation payment plan if necessary) if a customer calls in to upgrade or drop season tickets. There have been too many cases of people only updating the ticket side and forgetting about the donation. This can cause the customer to be overcharged or even undercharged which will make for an uncomfortable phone call when we reach out to them to collect additional money in May. So please make sure you are doing it correctly!
