Baseball Regional Update

There will be 2 games on each day beginning Friday, June 3rd. Each game is its own individual session and will have its own individual ticket. The stadium will be cleared in between games. Game times are going to be 1pm and 7pm each day. Monday's game will be 7pm (if necessary).

The box office will open 2 hours prior and remain open throughout the duration of the game until the end of the 2nd game.

  -Reserved All-Session (Hurricane Club only)

Future on sale:
  -Reserved All-Session (public) (Tuesday, May 31st at 5pm)
  -Reserved Single-Session (public) (Thursday, May 31st at 5pm)

If you need to buy the Regional tickets into someone's account. Please remember the following:
ITEM= R (all-session)
ITEM= R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 (individual session)

All tickets will be sent Print at Home! Certain exceptions will be allowed for will call.

Baseball Regional Timeline

Sunday May 29
-General admission all-session and single session tickets on-sale to the general public
-Hurricane Club members can begin to buy any open all-session reserved seats.

Tuesday, May 31 at 5pm
-Season ticket holder/Hurricane Club deadline to purchase all-session reserved tickets
-Any remaining all-session reserved tickets on sale to the general public

Thursday, June 2 at 5pm
-Any remaining reserved single game tickets on sale (all tickets available)

Green Parking

Green parking is officially sold out for the football season.

Seat Cancellations

You can not cancel anyone's season tickets without direct approval from a manager. If you've been given the OK to cancel, you must put notes in their account explaining the situation and why they cancelled their seats.

Men's Basketball Sales Timeline

Tuesday, May 10:

• Email went out to customers notifying them that we are dropping their seats (177 accounts).
• Relocation request email went out to anyone who renewed, asking them to submit a request via Google Doc of their request to relocate

Wednesday, May 11:

• At 12 p.m., we will start relocations/adding seats by Donor Level and Points within Donor Level 

Friday, May 13:

• Relocation process ends

Monday, May 16:

• Start contacting waiting list by Donor Level and Points within Donor Level, then by date of when customer joined waiting list

Monday, May 23:

Baseball Regionals

The baseball postseason e-mail went out today to all season ticket holders to begin pre-ordering their seats for both the Regional and Super Regional rounds. Please review the following ticket information to help assist with answering any questions you may receive.

Every season ticket holder will have their exact seats in their accounts for both the Regional and Super Regional rounds. The postseason bill plan “P” is already on each of the line items so all you have to do is go into the bill plan and add the credit card that they would like to use and save.

At this time, general admission all-session tickets can be added to any season ticket holder’s account who are looking to purchase additional tickets. If a customer is asking to purchase additional reserved seats, they will have to wait until after the deadline passes which is when we can determine if any remaining inventory is available. 

Deadline to reserve their seats is Tuesday, May 31st.
