Miami vs Florida Football

In case anyone calls in asking about it...

"The Miami Hurricanes will play the Florida Gators in Camping World Stadium during college football’s opening weekend in 2019. The neutral-site season opener is part of a series of Camping World Kickoff games in Orlando.

Tickets will go on sale in 2019, with Florida Citrus Sports members getting priority access as they do for the annual bowl games and for the 2016 (Florida State-Ole Miss) and 2018 (Alabama-Louisville) Camping World Kickoff games. Baseball Employee Day

We will be offering all UM employees a chance to purchase $1 tickets to any game of the FAMU baseball series. There is no limit on how many tickets they purchase. They must show their employee ID or provide a C# in order to purchase the tickets. They should also be able to purchase online through their account.

Key Points to know
  1. Ticket allocation is based on availability and will be assigned by priority rank within their giving level.
  2. Anticipate Notre Dame Tickets selling out. 
  3. Notre Dame will be the only game with request limits
  4. The location, price and quantity of tickets that UM receives for each away game is determined by the host institution and varies with each away game.
  5. Tickets will be mailed no later than 10 days before the game.
  6. Your credit card will not be charged unless your ticket request is fulfilled. We cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.  You will be contacted via email later in the summer if your away game request is fulfilled.

Football Seat Changes

All of the changes from the relocation period should be updated and correct in everyone's account now. All the open seats in the seat map are fair game to use for new sales or any other customer's who call in asking to change their seats. Please let a manager know when you relocate a customer so we can turn their old seats on for sale.

Relocations

The upgrade website is:


Remember that people’s login information is their account number and their pin (even if they are already linked). Pin number can also be found in the Edit Patron screen in Pac7 and scrolling down to the E-Venue box. In the back office if you right click on your screen and then type in pd.ev.patron.i it will bring up a screen that will show you what customer’s pin number is. 

Every customer must do this online! The only way we can help them is by logging into the upgrade site as them and doing the same process that they would.We can help walk them through the process but we are not going to actually be doing the it for them (there will be certain exceptions - ask a manager). 

Steps:
  1. Sign In
  2. Select the seats that you want to switch or relocate and press continue
  3. Find and click the new seats that they want to move to
  4. Add to Cart
  5. Checkout
  6. Site will redirect to Hurricane Sports to confirm the change and set up payment/set up payment plan.
Once they finish the process, all changes are FINAL! As soon as they confirm through site, they can not go back into the site and try to relocate again. 

The only way they can add seats is if they are changing seats. Unfortunately, the system isn't allowing people to straight add seats.  This process is specifically for upgrading and relocating.
