Half Off Club Tickets

We are offering the same promo as years past for any Season ticket holder who has Club season tickets. They can purchase 1/2 off single game tickets in the Club level the week of each game.

There is no limit on how many additional tickets they can purchase. Please use any "O" in the map.

Price type - AHO

Blue Parking

We no longer have BLUE season parking available. We can still sell the Blue lot for single games.

Maroon/Purple Parking

Due to limited inventory, we no longer have Maroon or Purple season parking available. You can still sell those colored lots for all single games EXCEPT FSU.

This was done in order to assist with fulfilling premium area ticket orders throughout the season.

Football Employee Day part 2

You MUST be using the Employee Day - Phone control when in Pac7. If someone comes to the window, please make sure to use Employee Day - Window.

Customers get 1 complimentary ticket (Price Type = CED), and up to 3 tickets for $1 (Price Type = AED).  Please be sure to delegate one ticket as a complimentary ticket during the purchase.  You will only be able to select E holds from the map.  My best practice suggestion would just be to put in the quantity that they want and click find (best available) seats, and not go searching through the map to waste time.  The seat selection will find the best available seats, and from there you will designate the price types.  Customers may also get 1 parking pass in the Orange Lot for $10 (Price Type = AED).

Please be sure the designate the right will call for the customer, as it is imperative in getting the customer the tickets.

Ticket distribution dates and times will be sent later this week, and we will begin to distribute next week on campus locations as a team, both ticket operations and ticket sales.

When selecting what account to sell the tickets into, it MUST be a 9+C# account, as these are the accounts provided by campus.  These customers have a customer type of FS16, that prove their eligibility.

Football Employee Day

Important Notes:

-Faculty/Staff can only select ONE game for which they can purchase all 4 tickets. (No splitting tickets over multiple games)

-They can only get 1 complimentary ticket, and 3 $1 tickets.

-Each ticket will have the $10 concessions only (no merchandise) voucher on it.

-Customer must select the proper location for which to pick up his/her tickets.  We will not mail any tickets (Except Branch campuses).

-Customers can buy 1 orange parking pass for the selected game for $10.

-Only customers with Customer Type FS16 will be eligible to purchase, as it must be the 9+C# account to be used.

The games for which an employee can select are:

-Saturday, September 3 vs. FAMU

-Saturday, September 10 vs. FAU

-Saturday, October 15 vs. UNC

-Saturday, November 26 vs. Duke

We are sold out of our Georgia Tech allotment at this time.  Please defer any customers to the GT website, ramblinwreck.com to purchase tickets.

Ticket Pulls/Address Changes

We can no longer accept pulls/address changes for season ticket mailing.  If customers call to change their address, remind them to set up mail forwarding.  If their tickets haven’t been printed yet, then you can update their address no problem.

Also, be sure you’re offering Print@Home as main option moving forward.
