Relocations

The upgrade website is:


Remember that people’s login information is their account number and their pin (even if they are already linked). Pin number can also be found in the Edit Patron screen in Pac7 and scrolling down to the E-Venue box. In the back office if you right click on your screen and then type in pd.ev.patron.i it will bring up a screen that will show you what customer’s pin number is. 

Every customer must do this online! The only way we can help them is by logging into the upgrade site as them and doing the same process that they would.We can help walk them through the process but we are not going to actually be doing the it for them (there will be certain exceptions - ask a manager). 

Steps:
  1. Sign In
  2. Select the seats that you want to switch or relocate and press continue
  3. Find and click the new seats that they want to move to
  4. Add to Cart
  5. Checkout
  6. Site will redirect to Hurricane Sports to confirm the change and set up payment/set up payment plan.
Once they finish the process, all changes are FINAL! As soon as they confirm through site, they can not go back into the site and try to relocate again. 

The only way they can add seats is if they are changing seats. Unfortunately, the system isn't allowing people to straight add seats.  This process is specifically for upgrading and relocating.
