Employee Day

All,

We are offering an employee day promotion to all UM employees. They have 2 games to choose from: Virginia Tech (10/17) and Georgia Tech (11/21). Every employee is eligible for ONE free ticket and up to THREE additional tickets for just $1 per ticket! Each ticket includes a $10 concessions voucher. Therefore, if they buy 4 tickets, they will have $40 in concessions vouchers. In addition, every employee can purchase a parking pass for only $10.

They can mix and match these tickets to the above games. For example, they can purchase 2 tickets to the VT and 2 tickets to GT, or 1 ticket to VT and 3 tickets to GT. If they're trying to go to both games, please remember they're eligible for only one discounted parking pass so they'll need to buy one full priced parking for the 2nd game.

Every employee can purchase their tickets online, in person, or over the phone. We'd like to push them to purchase online as much as possible. If they call in to order, please make sure we verify that they're an employee by having them read you their C#.

Lastly, Tickets/Parking can be picked up at the BUC starting Monday, September 28th. There will also be designated dates and times for tickets to be picked up on each campus. These times have not been set yet.

Coral Gables Day

The Coral Gables day promotion is now set up and ready to sell. Customers can only get 2 comp tickets per person, no matter how many tickets they buy. It is buy one ticket, get two free. This is a walk-up sale only and can not be sold over the phone!

Please use the following price types:

  • ACG for full price tickets (excludes Golden Canes, Field Club, and Legends)
  • CCG for the comp tickets (excludes the same as above)

Print at Home Parking

We are now going to be offering print@home parking.  This way we do not have to cut off parking sales a week prior to each game.  Also, we can continue selling season and single game parking up until Friday at 5 p.m. prior to each game.  We must cut-off parking at 5 p.m. so we can send the barcodes to the software so that it is uploaded.  Customers will then have their passes scanned upon arrival.  Paper passes that we have already distributed will be stubbed.

Moving forward, we will only be offering Print@Home as the delivery method for online sales so that customers receive tickets and parking under all the same delivery method.

Also, this will be how we will assist in re-issuing parking if someone did not receive their mailed pass (from already mailed season and single game passes) in the mail, similar to how we offer print@home tickets as a way of replacement.

Therefore, moving into this week and the week of each home game, please make sure you are using the delivery method Print@Home (P).

Ticket Mailing Update

Due to the proximity to our first game, we will no longer be mailing out any season tickets and parking. Any new season ticket orders will have to either select will call or print at home. For season parking, customer will have to pick their pass up at the BUC.

If the customer insists on having their tickets mailed, we can ship the tickets via UPS to them but there would be an additional $20 shipping and handling fee.

Basketball Parking

An e-mail is being sent to all men's basketball season ticket holders who have renewed their seats for the year that also had parking last year.

This year parking is $140 per season pass and will be located in the same location(s) they had last year. (This does not include Golden Canes)

This will be done through an application online, or over the phone.  The items are already sold into the account and they have 2 weeks to reserve their pass(es).

After this deadline, we will offer parking to all HC members who do not have parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We will not be charging for single game parking at the Ponce Garage in case that question arises.


Parking will be mailed with season tickets in October.

Season Ticket Mailing Updates

All season tickets and parking that are marked as printed in Paciolan are being shipped from our printing company in Arkansas by the end of the week via USPS (regular mail). Those customers will also receive an e-mail notifying them that their tickets have been shipped.

Tickets will be mailed to the mailing address on file (they need to set up a forwarding address with the post office if they have any address changes at this point). If they ordered parking before Friday, July 17, it should be included in the season ticket package. Any parking ordered after this date, will be mailed directly from the Ticket Office within the next week or two via USPS First Class mail. 
We will contact the customer via phone and/or e-mail if their season tickets are returned to the Ticket Office for any reason (balance due, bad mailing address, etc).
Any one who selected Will Call for their season tickets, the tickets will be available for pick up beginning Friday, August 14th. 
Single game tickets and parking will be mailed within the next 2 weeks.

Student Pac7 Controls

When using Pac7, there are 2 new controls to choose from instead of the main Student control. The main control you will now be working out of is phone. If someone comes up to the window to order tickets, please make sure you are switching to the window control.

New Football Orders

Any new season ticket orders will be printed in-house and mailed in August. They will still receive physical tickets but it will be printed on our ticket stock from the office instead of tickets with a fancy design.

Any new parking orders will also be sent separately from their season tickets if it has already been marked as printed in Paciolan.

Address Changes/Pulls

All season tickets have officially been sent to the printing company to be printed and mailed out to the address on file. Therefore, we can no longer do any address changes or pulls for any season ticket holder. This includes changing their seats for any reason. No exceptions! If someone has an address change, you'll want to tell them to be sure to have a forwarding address set up with the postal service since we can't change where it is being sent to at this point.

We will confirm once the mail date is finalized of when everything will be officially shipped out. We will also be notifying season ticket holders via email when the tickets are going to be mailed.

Men's Basketball Renewal Deadline

The deadline for Men's Basketball season ticket holders to renew their previous seats again for the upcoming 2015-16 season is this Friday, July 31st at 5:00PM. After that, all tickets will be released from their accounts and can not be guaranteed to still be available if they call to renew or purchase their seats again in a few weeks from now. An e-mail was sent to all of those season ticket holders this afternoon.

Order Fees/Charges

All single game tickets either sold over the phone or online will automatically have a $1-$3 per ticket fee added to their order.  This is for any single game ticket, including mini plans.  Group tickets DO NOT have per ticket fees, however I have created a $10 group order charge that must be added to each group order, plus the delivery charge (if applicable).

If a customer chooses mail or will call, they must have a $5 delivery charge added to their order as well. Print at Home tickets do not have any delivery charges.

Please make sure we are applying all charges through our orders. Thanks.

Football Mini Plan

A price code of “M” has been created for each single game, for certain price levels to offer an opportunity of a mini plan type option.  This is for customers who don’t really want season tickets but would like to buy multiple games.

It offers them the group rate price for buying multiple games. It is available in price levels 6 (2nd blue in club) , 7 (3rd blue in club) , 9 (Light blue in club) and 12 (Yellow).

It will not be online initially until it is determined how it is received, but we will let you know if that occurs.

Single Game Sale

Single game Football tickets will go on sale to the public on Thursday morning at 8:30am. Single game parking is currently on-sale and available to the public.

An e-mail will go out tomorrow announcing it and another e-mail will be sent Thursday morning to say it's live and available for purchase.
