2017 Renewals

We are sending out an e-mail today to all season ticket holders with renewal information for both Football and Men's Basketball. Please ask a manager to review the process with you when you come into the office.

Every season ticket holder will receive a personalized renewal page that outlines the entire process. (Example below). On this page, it will show their balance for donation and tickets for each sport. From there, it will direct them to login to their account where they can access their renewal application. If they have FB & MBB, they must complete the renewal for both sports together at the same time online. If they only want to renew one of the sports today but not the other, then they must do that over the phone with a ticket representative.

To be considered for a Football relocation, the customer must be paid in full or enrolled in a payment plan option by January 31, 2017. They will receive an email during the week of February 20, 2017 with your relocation date and time. All relocations will be completed online via an interactive seat map.

Men's Basketball relocations can be requested online in the comments section of the renewal application. The seat relocation process will take place from April 13 to May 1, 2017. We will be calling these customers to review available seats.

Monday, December 12 - Renewal Period begins for FB & MBB
Wednesday, December 14 - New sales begin for FB
Sunday, January 15 - Deadline to enroll in a 6-month payment plan for either FB & MBB
Tuesday, January 31 - Football Renewal Deadline
Tuesday, January 31 - Deadline to enroll in 5-month payment plan or pay in full for FB
Monday, February 27 - Football relocation process begins
Friday, April 28 - Men's Basketball Renewal Deadline
Friday, April 28 - Deadline to pay in full for HC seating donations and MBB season tickets
Monday, May 22 - Men's Basketball relocation process begins

Russell Athletic Bowl

We have been selected to play in the Russell Athletic Bowl on Wednesday, December 28 at 5:30 p.m. vs. West Virginia University.

We will be taking requests from Hurricane Club members until 5 p.m. on Monday, December 5.  At 5 p.m., we will turn all remaining ticket inventory on sale to the general public.


All HC members are submitting requests that are $0, and then their price will be determined upon allocations tomorrow evening.  Tickets will be fulfilled and allocated based on HC giving level and points within giving level.

Ticket Price Options:
  • $89 – Corner (Lower Level/Plaza Level)
  • $105 – Goalline (Lower Level/Plaza Level)
  • $110 – Redzone (Lower Level/Plaza Level)
  • $131 – Midfield (Lower Level/Plaza Level)
  • $157 – Open Air Club (Lower Level/Plaza Level)
  • $257 – Indoor Club (Lower Level/Plaza Level) – Will mainly go to GC and above based on inventory
For customers inquiring, our seats are located in the 100 Level and Plaza Level along the East sideline.


Customers are not guaranteed a specific price point as it is based on demand and allocations.  You may type any specific seating requests customers may have in Special Handling.

Tickets will be shipped via UPS 2 Day Service beginning on Wednesday, December 14, with the last shipment leaving on Wednesday, December 21.  All other tickets can be designated as Will Call.  Gameday Will Call location and time information will be sent out once determined.  Will Call tickets may begin to be picked up on Wednesday, December 14 from the ticket office at the Watsco Center.


Please be sure to still add the billing plan as we will charge credit cards tomorrow night once price levels have been determined.  A $15 order charge to cover UPS/credit card fees will be applied to all fulfilled requests.

We are doing an offer to Former Players for tickets as well at this time in the $89 and $105 price areas.

We are also offering all UM students a chance to purchase up to 2 tickets for $15 each, that will be located directly behind our band.  These are specially priced tickets through the bowl that we receive.  These will be available only via will call pick up.

Basketball Employee Day

Employee Day for Men’s and Women’s Basketball is now live.

For selling to a customer over the phone, please use the Basketball Employee Day control. This includes access to both sports at the employee day prices. The price for men’s is $1.50  and $1.00 for women’s. Just like last year, we will offer the pre-game tailgate for the MBK employee day games, which will also be $1.50.

IMPORTANT – When you select an employee day event through item sales, it will auto-assign the pre-game tailgate as well. Please double check with the customer to see if they would like to attend the tailgate. If the customer does not, simply delete the tailgate item out of the order.
