We are sending out an e-mail today to all season ticket holders with renewal information for both Football and Men's Basketball. Please ask a manager to review the process with you when you come into the office.
Every season ticket holder will receive a personalized renewal page that outlines the entire process. (Example below). On this page, it will show their balance for donation and tickets for each sport. From there, it will direct them to login to their account where they can access their renewal application. If they have FB & MBB, they must complete the renewal for both sports together at the same time online. If they only want to renew one of the sports today but not the other, then they must do that over the phone with a ticket representative.
To be considered for a Football relocation, the customer must be paid in full or enrolled in a payment plan option by January 31, 2017. They will receive an email during the week of February 20, 2017 with your relocation date and time. All relocations will be completed online via an interactive seat map.
Men's Basketball relocations can be requested online in the comments section of the renewal application. The seat relocation process will take place from April 13 to May 1, 2017. We will be calling these customers to review available seats.

Wednesday, December 14 - New sales begin for FB
Sunday, January 15 - Deadline to enroll in a 6-month payment plan for either FB & MBB
Tuesday, January 31 - Football Renewal Deadline
Tuesday, January 31 - Deadline to enroll in 5-month payment plan or pay in full for FB
Monday, February 27 - Football relocation process begins
Friday, April 28 - Men's Basketball Renewal Deadline
Friday, April 28 - Deadline to pay in full for HC seating donations and MBB season tickets
Monday, May 22 - Men's Basketball relocation process begins
