Moving
forward we will be sending a list to the Alumni Association every Friday to submit verification on
if customers are alumni/young alumni or not. Therefore, we need to notify customers that it
will take approximately a week or so to verify their status through Alumni
Relations. All requests for Alumni Verification will need to be given to
Andrew who will keep a list updated.
Remember,
when collecting information, be sure to collect their C# and their graduation
year.
As a
reminder, do not forget to look at a customer’s order history to see if they
have received the alumni discount previously, and therefore we do not need to
verify them.
