As a reminder as we start the selection process please do not hold
seats, reserve seats or sell in any seats prior to the customer’s selection
time. We must stick to the selection times and not seat anyone until their time
has started. If you have currently held, sold or reserved any seats
please release those until it is their selection time.
All selection times are in the account attributes of each customers account if you are unsure. The only exception to this is any of the Golden Canes that have already been seated. Additionally, once a customer’s time has arrived and you sell in a seat you must either set them up on a payment plan or they must be paid in full.
Seats sold in without a payment will be cancelled.
