Their times will not be changed! All times were slotted based off their giving level and their priority points within that giving level. If they want to move seats with friends or family, they have to wait until the person with the last time can access the site before they can all move together.
HOW TO FIND THEIR TIMESLOT ON PAC7:
- Click on the Patron tab at the very top of Pac7 (near Order Management & Item Sales)
- Get their account number
- Click the "User Defined" tab at the top
- You can see their Account Sales Rep and their Upgrade Timeslot
