FB Parking Update

A few parking updates for everyone.. Blue season parking is sold out. Orange single game parking for Notre Dame is also sold out.

FB Relocations

Moving forward we would like to use the following process for any relocations that you have with customers whose tickets were already printed/mailed/emailed:
  1. Use disposition code “R” on the season tickets that you are selling as the new seats.
  2. Get with Client Experience/Ticket Ops to cancel out old seats.
  3. Have balance paid.
  4. We will not print/distribute tickets until the old tickets are received back to our office.
  5. If tickets were emailed, we can send the new seats via email right away once payment is completed.
Be sure to include the relocation and previous seat locations in the comments & special handling for us to reference when we receive the old tickets back and are printing the new ones.

Please use this process moving forward as this will help eliminate customers using wrong tickets and also keeps them accountable to get us items that could create potential seating issues on game day.

Football Season Ticket Shipment

All football season tickets will be sent this weekend beginning on Friday, August 11 via USPS Priority Mail (2 or 3 day delivery).  Once the packages leave Arkansas, an email will automatically be sent via USPS directly to the customer to provide the tracking # for their packages.  We will receive a spreadsheet from our printing company with these numbers and will distribute and import these into Pac7 as well for reference.

Please be sure to note that email says, beginning to mail on Friday, August 11.  As we will be mailing any late packages throughout next week as well.  Also, mail will no longer be an option online for new season ticket purchases, and we ask that you only offer print@home or will call as options over the phone moving forward.

Lastly, when customers call, please be sure to troubleshoot their questions when seeing if their tickets were mailed:
  • Check to see if they have been printed already
  • Check the tracking # spreadsheet
  • We will be updating the tracking # spreadsheets as we mail daily
  • Check to see if customer has a balance due or is will call
  • If tickets have not been printed and they want to switch to print@home or Will Call, this is possible, by changing the disposition
