Bowl Game Will Call

All orders taken from today moving forward will need to be marked as will call.  Due to the low volume of sales, as well as holiday shipping, please notify customers that will call will be our only option moving forward.

Will call will be located at the North End Zone entrance of the Sun Bowl Stadium and will open at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time (11:30 E.T.) on game day.

HC Donation Renewal E-mail

All,

The Hurricane Club just sent out their donation renewal e-mails to their existing database. Please be prepared for an influx of calls regarding Football tickets and donation renewals.

Football seating donations and men’s basketball seating donations were rolled over based upon their seat locations

For renewals taken over the phone:

The Annual Fund gift is made up of 3 Drives:
·         Football seating donation (FB16) (based upon their seating location)
·         Men’s Basketball donation (MB17) (based upon their seating location)
·         Student-Athlete Excellence Fund (SAEF) (an additional philanthropic donation, or a gift to increase to the next giving level for benefits)
·         The combination of these drives determines their total 2016 gift and giving level

Phone talking points:
·         Activates their Hurricane Club benefits (receive benefits and priority)
·         Their seating donation goes toward student-athlete scholarships
·         Deadline is January 31—any unpaid seat-related donations will result in the seats being taken out of the member’s account
·         80% tax-deductible
·         U110% Campaign—an appeal for members to give 10% more than they did in 2015. Please ask if they’d like to participate! This is a philanthropic donation that will increase their impact on our program. Any additional gift needs to go to SAEF.

Payment plans:

  • Payment plans will be charged the day that the member calls in, then the last business day through May. The charge taken the day of will take care of that current month’s charge. EX: If someone renews today and is on a payment plan, then the first charge would be 12/7, the next on 1/29, then 2/29, 3/31, 4/29 and 5/30. May’s will technically be the second to last business day, to give us a chance to follow up with CC declines.

Payment Plans - tFund

For Hurricane Club payment plans processed in t.fund:

Payment plans will be charged the day that the member calls in, then the last business day through May. The charge taken the day of will take care of that current month’s charge. EX: If someone renews today and is on a payment plan, then the first charge would be 12/7, the next on 1/29, then 2/29, 3/31, 4/29 and 5/30. May’s will technically be the second to last business day, to give us a chance to follow up with CC declines.

Sun Bowl

Miami will be playing Washington State in the 2015 Sun Bowl in El Paso, TX on Saturday, December 26 at 12 p.m. Mountain Time (2 p.m. Eastern) on CBS.

Here are the ticket price options (See seating chart of UM Allotment below):
·         Premium - $62/ticket (Price Level 1)
·         Preferred - $57/ticket (Price Level 2)
·         Stadium - $47/ticket (Price Level 3)

The event code is HSB, and the price type to sell is A.

Tickets will be shipped via UPS 2-Day service next Monday from our office, or we will allow customers to designate will call and pick up at our office or on site at the bowl.  I will send out game day will call information closer to the bowl.

Customers who pre-ordered tickets will have their credit charged today by our office.  All pre-orders will be located in the $62 price level.

Tickets are only able to be delivered by UPS or Will Call, as we cannot email these tickets since it is not our game.  All orders must have a $15 order charge added to their order for processing/handling.

2016 Football Announcement

The official press release of the hiring of Mark Richt is going to be sent out at 8am and the press conference will be at 10am.

We will only be taking new season ticket orders tomorrow. Anyone looking to renew their season tickets should be on the look out for the renewal e-mail and will need to wait until next week.

New season tickets will operate similar to last year however there are a few changes. Some price levels have been added and switched around. In addition, every single seat in the stadium will now require a donation to the Hurricane Club as well. Please take a copy of the new pricing map before you turn your phones on.

When taking a new order that requires a bill plan, you will now have to enter the donation in the back office, also know as the tFund. Please ask a manager to show you how to log in to the back office and how to input a donation and payment plan. THIS MUST BE DONE AS SOON AS YOU GET IN TO THE OFFICE!

Baseball season tickets are now available for renewal. We are in the process of getting the season pricing charts created for you guys but for now you will find the prices below for the full price ticket at each price level. Please remember there is also employee rates, which is 20% off.

PL1: Field Box - $495
PL2: Chairback - $395
PL3: Gen Adm - $99
PL3: Family Plan - $199 for 5 tickets. $39.80 for each additional ticket.

We are also offering a 4 month payment plan for anyone looking to purchase or renew by Oct. 31st. Please familiarize yourself how to create a payment plan or ask a manager to give you a tutorial. 

If you have anyone call in specifically telling you they are not renewing their tickets, please delete the tickets from their account and put in the item NR16. This is a non-renewal item we are going to start using to track accounts who do not renew. If possible, please get a reason to put in the special handling line as well.

The deadline to renew their tickets is January 8th

Seats for Soldiers

Today we unveiled a new initiative called Seats For Soldiers.

Hurricane Club members, season ticket holders, business leaders and fans are being asked to support the program.

Packages start at $20 and go up to $10,000.  Cat 3-Cat 5 ($1,000 and above) will also receive scoreboard recognition and listing in the game-day magazine.

Several military organizations will be the benefactors of the program: VetTix, Homestead, Key West Marines, US Coast Guard, etc…

Our goal is get as many military personnel to the game.
It is important to note that this is not considered a donation.

Since we historically have helped the campus vendors (laborers, landscaping, etc.), and they don’t have Campus IDs, we will utilize the form we have normally used for all staff for them. Make sure you have copies of these forms at each of the windows.

Employee Day

All,

We are offering an employee day promotion to all UM employees. They have 2 games to choose from: Virginia Tech (10/17) and Georgia Tech (11/21). Every employee is eligible for ONE free ticket and up to THREE additional tickets for just $1 per ticket! Each ticket includes a $10 concessions voucher. Therefore, if they buy 4 tickets, they will have $40 in concessions vouchers. In addition, every employee can purchase a parking pass for only $10.

They can mix and match these tickets to the above games. For example, they can purchase 2 tickets to the VT and 2 tickets to GT, or 1 ticket to VT and 3 tickets to GT. If they're trying to go to both games, please remember they're eligible for only one discounted parking pass so they'll need to buy one full priced parking for the 2nd game.

Every employee can purchase their tickets online, in person, or over the phone. We'd like to push them to purchase online as much as possible. If they call in to order, please make sure we verify that they're an employee by having them read you their C#.

Lastly, Tickets/Parking can be picked up at the BUC starting Monday, September 28th. There will also be designated dates and times for tickets to be picked up on each campus. These times have not been set yet.

Print at Home Parking

We are now going to be offering print@home parking.  This way we do not have to cut off parking sales a week prior to each game.  Also, we can continue selling season and single game parking up until Friday at 5 p.m. prior to each game.  We must cut-off parking at 5 p.m. so we can send the barcodes to the software so that it is uploaded.  Customers will then have their passes scanned upon arrival.  Paper passes that we have already distributed will be stubbed.

Moving forward, we will only be offering Print@Home as the delivery method for online sales so that customers receive tickets and parking under all the same delivery method.

Also, this will be how we will assist in re-issuing parking if someone did not receive their mailed pass (from already mailed season and single game passes) in the mail, similar to how we offer print@home tickets as a way of replacement.

Therefore, moving into this week and the week of each home game, please make sure you are using the delivery method Print@Home (P).

Ticket Mailing Update

Due to the proximity to our first game, we will no longer be mailing out any season tickets and parking. Any new season ticket orders will have to either select will call or print at home. For season parking, customer will have to pick their pass up at the BUC.

If the customer insists on having their tickets mailed, we can ship the tickets via UPS to them but there would be an additional $20 shipping and handling fee.

Basketball Parking

An e-mail is being sent to all men's basketball season ticket holders who have renewed their seats for the year that also had parking last year.

This year parking is $140 per season pass and will be located in the same location(s) they had last year. (This does not include Golden Canes)

This will be done through an application online, or over the phone.  The items are already sold into the account and they have 2 weeks to reserve their pass(es).

After this deadline, we will offer parking to all HC members who do not have parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We will not be charging for single game parking at the Ponce Garage in case that question arises.


Parking will be mailed with season tickets in October.

Season Ticket Mailing Updates

All season tickets and parking that are marked as printed in Paciolan are being shipped from our printing company in Arkansas by the end of the week via USPS (regular mail). Those customers will also receive an e-mail notifying them that their tickets have been shipped.

Tickets will be mailed to the mailing address on file (they need to set up a forwarding address with the post office if they have any address changes at this point). If they ordered parking before Friday, July 17, it should be included in the season ticket package. Any parking ordered after this date, will be mailed directly from the Ticket Office within the next week or two via USPS First Class mail. 
We will contact the customer via phone and/or e-mail if their season tickets are returned to the Ticket Office for any reason (balance due, bad mailing address, etc).
Any one who selected Will Call for their season tickets, the tickets will be available for pick up beginning Friday, August 14th. 
Single game tickets and parking will be mailed within the next 2 weeks.

New Football Orders

Any new season ticket orders will be printed in-house and mailed in August. They will still receive physical tickets but it will be printed on our ticket stock from the office instead of tickets with a fancy design.

Any new parking orders will also be sent separately from their season tickets if it has already been marked as printed in Paciolan.

Address Changes/Pulls

All season tickets have officially been sent to the printing company to be printed and mailed out to the address on file. Therefore, we can no longer do any address changes or pulls for any season ticket holder. This includes changing their seats for any reason. No exceptions! If someone has an address change, you'll want to tell them to be sure to have a forwarding address set up with the postal service since we can't change where it is being sent to at this point.

We will confirm once the mail date is finalized of when everything will be officially shipped out. We will also be notifying season ticket holders via email when the tickets are going to be mailed.

Men's Basketball Renewal Deadline

The deadline for Men's Basketball season ticket holders to renew their previous seats again for the upcoming 2015-16 season is this Friday, July 31st at 5:00PM. After that, all tickets will be released from their accounts and can not be guaranteed to still be available if they call to renew or purchase their seats again in a few weeks from now. An e-mail was sent to all of those season ticket holders this afternoon.

Order Fees/Charges

All single game tickets either sold over the phone or online will automatically have a $1-$3 per ticket fee added to their order.  This is for any single game ticket, including mini plans.  Group tickets DO NOT have per ticket fees, however I have created a $10 group order charge that must be added to each group order, plus the delivery charge (if applicable).

If a customer chooses mail or will call, they must have a $5 delivery charge added to their order as well. Print at Home tickets do not have any delivery charges.

Please make sure we are applying all charges through our orders. Thanks.

Football Mini Plan

A price code of “M” has been created for each single game, for certain price levels to offer an opportunity of a mini plan type option.  This is for customers who don’t really want season tickets but would like to buy multiple games.

It offers them the group rate price for buying multiple games. It is available in price levels 6 (2nd blue in club) , 7 (3rd blue in club) , 9 (Light blue in club) and 12 (Yellow).

It will not be online initially until it is determined how it is received, but we will let you know if that occurs.

Half-Off Club Tickets

All –

We are making a change to the “half-off individual game club tickets” offer that we had in the past for club season ticket holders.

Club season ticket holders will still be able to purchase club level individual game tickets at half price.

This offer will only begin the week of each home game and is based on availability. The ½ priced tickets are not available prior to that. 

This offer is only valid to club season ticket holders.  Sections 228-236 are NOT club seats.
 
Individual game tickets in the golden cane area are not eligible for this discount

The ticket limit for this offer is equal to the number of season tickets you have.  For a club season ticket holder with 4 season tickets, they are eligible to purchase up to 4 half-priced individual game tickets in the club for every game if they want (based on availability), but they may not do so until the week of the game.

Parking Payment Plans

After we run the upcoming payment plan for football (6/15), we will no longer be allowing customers to add it to their payment plan. Anyone adding parking passes will be required to pay for it in full. 

CWS seating chart

Attached is a seating chart to show where allotments will be located throughout the tournament.  With us being the lower seed on Saturday, we will be the visiting team for that game.  The time has not been determined.  Again, please do not guarantee a specific location to a customer as request quantities will probably change for each session and therefore each customer will more than likely have completely different seats for every session attended.


College World Series info

Here is information regarding how we will be handling our allotment of tickets for the College World Series:

  • The University of Miami will only receive a limited number of tickets (700) per session that we participate in.  The number of tickets is split between lower level and upper level.  Also, customers must understand that this allotment tickets must satisfy player families, staff families, administration, travel party as well as ticket requests from HC members and season ticket holders.  This allotment size is determined by the NCAA.
  • Therefore, we are only offering the opportunity to request tickets for each potential session to Hurricane Club members and baseball season ticket holders.
  • Upon logging in, customers will see every potential session that Miami could participate in.  Miami will ONLY receive tickets to the game(s) it participates in.
  • Ticket request limits (per session) are based on Hurricane Club giving levels:
      • 6 tickets - Golden Cane, Champions, Platinum and Life members 
      • 4 tickets - Silver Cane members 
      • 2 tickets - All other Hurricane Club members (Green Plus, Green, Orange Plus, Orange, Sebastian Plus & Sebastian)
      • 2 tickets - All non-Hurricane Club member season ticket holders
    • The ability to request tickets does not guarantee a customer will receive tickets.  Request fulfillment will be determined after the deadline of Tuesday, June 9 at 5 p.m.
    • Email notification will be sent to notify customers of what potential sessions they requested that they will receive tickets for IF Miami participates in it.
  • When customers submit their request the tickets will have a $0 price.  This is due to the pricing varying based on session and location of seats.  The prices charged per ticket per session will range from $31-$38 throughout the CWS.
  • We will charge customers once it is determined that Miami will participate in the designated sessions.  Therefore, we will charge their cards on Wednesday, then on Sunday, and so on.
  • Customers will be charged an initial $5 charge so that we have a credit card on file to utilize throughout the CWS.
  • The email notifications sent out on Tuesday/Wednesday will also have the will call information as far as times and location at TD Ameritrade Park. 
  • IMPORTANT:  Only the customer of record on the account is the customer who may pick up his/her tickets in Omaha.  This is to ensure the fairness and maximize the number of Miami fans that will be cheering on the Hurricanes in Omaha.
  • Please make sure customers know they must have valid photo ID in order to retrieve the tickets each session, as they will have to pick up the tickets at the stadium before each game.
  • Any non-HC members and season ticket holders may be directed through the College World Series and their TicketExchange program - http://www.ncaa.com/cws

Regionals reminder

We're currently on a pre-sale for all-session plans with all Season Ticket Holders and Hurricane Club members. They have until noon on Wednesday 5/27 to reserve their seats..

General Admission all-session plans are currently on sale to the public.

Individual session tickets (general admission) will go on sale to the public on Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

Individual session tickets (reserved) will go on sale to the public on Thursday at 5 p.m.

Games begin Friday at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Ticket windows open 90 minutes prior to first pitch and will remain open through the conclusion of the 2nd game. Miami plays at 7 p.m.

Baseball Regionals

An e-mail will be going out this morning to all season ticket holders allowing them to reserve their seats for NCAA Baseball Regionals. This offer is for the all-session plan only. Please place all orders into a payment plan that will be charged on Monday, May 25th as soon as it is confirmed that the University of Miami will be hosting. 

Season Ticket Holders will have until Noon next Wednesday (5/27) to reserve their seats. Season ticket holders will also have the opportunity to purchase as many GA tickets as they would like. Any remaining available tickets will then go on-sale to the general public at 8:30am on Thursday (5/28). This is also when individual session tickets will go on sale. 

Game times are scheduled to be at 1pm & 7pm each day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (5/29-5/31). Monday’s game (6/1) will be at 7pm (if necessary). Each game time will be its own individual session and will need specific tickets for that particular game. All-day session tickets will no longer be offered. Students will get in free to all games. 

The box office will be open 90 minutes prior to the first game at 11:30am and remain open through the end of the 2nd game. Super Regional information will be released later next week after the Regional ticket deadline.

Away game tickets ctd.

         Additional notes regarding the away game tickets for football:     
  • The FAU game is going to be in high demand, so members may be surprised that there is a ticket limit. We only receive about 2500 tickets for this game. In order to manage that ticket allotment, we need to set limits on requests. If a member wishes to upgrade in order to request more tickets, they can do that, but must give the upgrade in full at the same time as placing the ticket request.
  • Please keep in mind that all orders are considered requests (all games but FAU and FSU shouldn't be an issue getting tickets). Again, we anticipate that the demand for FAU will be high, but have no idea how high.
  • Credit cards will not be charged at the time of the request. They will only be charged if they receive tickets. Everyone who receives tickets will receive a confirmation email in late summer.
  • The Golden Cane trip is the UNC game. Any Golden Cane and above traveling will receive 2 tickets as a part of the trip—if they need additional tickets, they can request them online or through the Hurricane Club.

Football Away Game Tickets

An e-mail is going out today to all Hurricane Club members allowing them to request away game football tickets. 

A few things to keep in mind:
  1. All orders are not guaranteed. This is strictly a request. All orders are based on availability and will be assigned by their priority rank within their giving level. 
  2. If they order over the phone, you must verify that they are a Hurricane Club member.
  3. Every order must be given a $20 service charge and placed on a payment plan.
  4. Any order placed online will likely have to pay in full. We will be running daily reports of anyone purchasing tickets online, and will then refund the card and convert them to a payment plan in our system. 
  5. We will charge the credit cards of the accounts receiving away game tickets later in the summer (probably near the end of July), as soon as we have determined IF we can fulfill their requested order.
  6. We cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled, and will notify all customers who placed an order request if they received tickets via e-mail later this summer.
  7. Due to limited availability of tickets to the FAU and FSU games, ticket requests will be limited to their priority giving level

Employee Day

All 3 games this weekend in the series against Virginia Tech will be "employee day". All UM employees will be able to purchase tickets for $1 (there's no limit). All employees should have received an e-mail with a promotional code for them to purchase online. Customers will be required to login to their online account to access the special promotion, so please be prepared for password questions. If a customer comes to the window this week, make sure to check their employee ID and then sell the tickets into their personal account. We will also be allowing them to purchase the discounted tickets on game day for walk-up sales.

Football Game vs. FAU Moved

The Miami Hurricanes football game at FAU has been moved to Friday, Sept. 11 with a kickoff time of 8 p.m., as per the announcement by Conference USA.

The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12 at FAU Stadium.

Thursday's game time will be 9pm. Please refer any calls regarding NIT tickets for the championship game to the Ticketmaster website.

This is a reminder that beginning today, we will now be offering and using the 5 month payment plan for any new football season ticket order. The first payment will still need to be charged at the time of purchase.

The new sales will still have the surcharges added to them and we will then have to move donations, but this gives them a full virtual view of seat availability and pricing.

NIT information

We are offering Hurricane Club members and Season Ticket Holders an opportunity to purchase tickets through our office for both the semifinal and championship games at the NIT Tournament at Madison Square Garden. We will collect credit information, but will not charge the cards initially. Customers will be charged on Friday for the semifinals, and if we advance, we will charge cards on Wednesday, April 1 for the championship game.

Event: 15NIT4 (Semifinals) and 15NIT5 (Championship)
Payment plan: 15NIT (all orders must be setup on the payment plan!)
Price: $50 plus $5 order charge

Important Information:
  • We will allocate tickets after the deadline based on priority (Giving Level and then rank within giving level). 
  • The attached map shows where all the $50 seats are located, but we will not have specific seat locations until later in the week.
  • Tuesday’s ticket is a session ticket that includes the Miami game vs. Temple/Louisiana Tech at 7 p.m. and then the other semifinal game between Stanford and the Murray State/Old Dominion at 9 p.m. 
  • Thursday’s ticket is for the Championship game at 9 p.m only.
  •  IF WE DO NOT ADVANCE TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP, WE WILL NOT HAVE TICKETS FOR THAT GAME.  Please make sure customers understand this if they ask.
  • All tickets must be picked up at will call and that information will be sent once the will call location has been finalized.

Alumni/Young Alumni Verification

Moving forward we will be sending a list to the Alumni Association every Friday to submit verification on if customers are alumni/young alumni or not. Therefore, we need to notify customers that it will take approximately a week or so to verify their status through Alumni Relations.  All requests for Alumni Verification will need to be given to Andrew who will keep a list updated.

Remember, when collecting information, be sure to collect their C# and their graduation year.

As a reminder, do not forget to look at a customer’s order history to see if they have received the alumni discount previously, and therefore we do not need to verify them.

We can take new season orders starting today, however, the virtual seating map is not available to begin the sales yet.  We are hoping to have that up early this week.  You can tell customers about that site and what it provides, but you may also still sell new season tickets over the phone.


Please be sure that you are repricing the tickets correctly to the price codes with the “N” not the “R,” unless you notice they had season tickets last year.

Payroll Deduction

We will reach out next week to those Faculty/Staff who did payroll deduction last season. We will have printed copies of the form up front and will also have digital copies to send to customers if needed. This form is also online on the Sun Life Stadium page.

If a customer requests payroll deduction moving forward, we will need to sell their seats into their account and then start processing the payroll deduction forms. Please forward and give all completed forms to Nora.

Pregame festivities include team autographs and interactive stations beginning at 10am.

Place your deposit by March 18th and you will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets before they go on sale to the general public, Monday, March 23. Season tickets start at only $140 for all six home games!

NIT Parking

Fans can park anywhere for the NIT game. There will be no charge, all parking is free.

The men’s basketball team will be playing N.C. Central on Tuesday, March 17 at 7 p.m. at the BankUnited Center.
  • Email to all season ticket holders went out offering them a chance to purchase reserved seats for $10.  All reserved seats will be located in 101 & 112.  All other seats will be general admission at $9 per ticket.
  • Email to floor seat season ticket holders was sent offering first chance at their floor seats.  These are in “Reserve” in their accounts currently and invoice online is set up.  Customers just need to go online to purchase and then can print out or forward.
  • Customers MUST log in to access both of these offers.
  • Deadlines for both of these offers is Monday, March 16th at 5 p.m.
  • After 5 p.m. on Monday, we will open up any remaining reserved seats to general public.

Payroll Deduction

We are not able to offer payroll deduction at this time. If they are looking enroll in payroll deduction, please advise the customer to set up a payment plan at check out and then we can put a note in their account stating that they want to switch into payroll deduct. We will also contact all faculty/staff, particularly those who were on payroll deduct last year, to see if they would like to set it up again this year.

Time limits and check out

Please remember there are no time limits once the customer is in the seat selection process. They can go in to the system anytime between their appointment time and the end of the process on 3/22 at 11:59PM to select their seats. Once they check out, they are locked out from making any changes and moving seats. Any requests to select different seats after they've checked out will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Parking

We're holding off on selecting parking until April sometime. The reason for this is because the parking process will be different this year. We are waiting for everyone to select their seats so that we can then determine the parking availability that is closest to their seat location.

Entrances to the stadium won't be like previous years where you can walk around the stadium and enter through any gate. There will be a specific entrance depending on where a person's seats are located.

Do not hold seats

As a reminder as we start the selection process please do not hold seats, reserve seats or sell in any seats prior to the customer’s selection time. We must stick to the selection times and not seat anyone until their time has started.   If you have currently held, sold or reserved any seats please release those until it is their selection time.  

All selection times are in the account attributes of each customers account if you are unsure.  The only exception to this is any of the Golden Canes that have already been seated.  Additionally, once a customer’s time has arrived and you sell in a seat you must either set them up on a payment plan or they must be paid in full.  

Seats sold in without a payment will be cancelled.

How to handle complaints

As we all know, people don't like change and there will likely be some frustration throughout the process. Please have patience with the customers and try to focus on the positives of this transition. Although fans might not have seats in the same field position or area within the stadium as they have in years past, talk about the positives of where they're able to move to

Keys to remember:

  • ALL seats will be new, which will have more space and comfort
  • 100 level sideline seats will be closer to the field which means fans are closer to the action
  • New HD Video boards and sound system coming
  • In 2016, 92% of seats will be in the shade (for a 1pm game)
    • This includes ALL of the 200 and 300 Level.  All of the stadium will be covered from inclement weather, however, the shading will occur on the North/East side of the stadium during afternoon games.
Please remain calm with angry customers. There's nothing to be gained by responding in a similar manner. Let them vent, apologize and empathize, and then try to talk about positives to see if a solution can be found. Tell them we appreciate their years of support and feel confident they will still enjoy their new seats going forward.

  • Customers who are not satisfied with available inventory at their selection time can be told that each year there will always be an opportunity to relocated based on renewed inventory.
  • With a new stadium, there will always be changes, and we feel that every seat in our stadium will now be better than ever.

Group Seating

Those who requested to select seats as a group had their seat selection times adjusted. Many were pushed back. The reason for this is because the groups selection time was based on the group member with the lowest priority rank (aka the person with the latest selection time).

If they want to opt out of their group seating, we will need written documentation and then we can adjust their time back to their original selection time. They can send an e-mail to the general ticket e-mail for documentation.

Reminder, the deadline to request group seating was Thursday, March 5th at 5pm. We will not accept any further requests. Please advise anyone interested that they will have to select their own seats or wait until their friend’s selection time becomes available in order to choose seats together. 

Ticket Transfer Policy

Season Tickets are only transferable to:
Husband or wife
Father or mother
Brother or sister
Son or daughter

All other Ticket Transfer Request will be kindly and politely denied.

In the event of a death or divorce, the Ticket Office will need official documentation.

Season Ticket Holders have the ability to choose their new seats any time after their scheduled appointment time. Customers should not panic if they miss their scheduled appointment time; they'll be able to log in any time after until the end of the selection period (March 22 at 11:59pm). Just note, we recommend everyone log in at the earliest possible time to ensure the best available seats.

If a season ticket holder selects seats and completes the checkout process, they will not be able to go back into the system to change their order and select different seats. If anyone runs into this issue, talk to a manager so we can give them access to purchase additional seats. They will have to pay and then we can refund the original order.

-Employees receive 20% off of the TOTAL Season Ticket Price

-Alumni receive 20% off of the TICKET PORTION in YELLOW and RED Sections
Alumni are eligible for FOUR tickets at the Alumni Club Pricing listed at $525 in LIGHT BLUE
If Alumni wish to purchase a 5th ticket or more in the Alumni Club Sections, it is regular price of $775

-Young Alumni are eligible for TWO Season Tickets at the $99 price in PURPLE Sections UP TO 5 YEARS after graduating

-Student sections are 105-116 and will be unavailable for general public purchase (The bottom rows in 105-111 can be purchased only by young alumni)

-STH who had Family Plan seating last year will be 'grandfathered-in' at the $98 price. New STH will have to pay the $140.

-Anyone looking to purchase a youth ticket in the upper level, will need to purchase all adult priced tickets. They will then need to contact us to adjust their ticket price *in writing* (e-mail is preferable).
     -Please advise these customers they can also set up a payment plan and pay the first payment. We can then go into their account and adjust the remainder of their bill plan to reflect the youth price. We'd still need this request in writing.

Sections 117-119 are not considered Club Seating with padded chairs but will have access to Club Areas underneath their seats.

Club LIV has been expanded this season and will be a large club like atmosphere.

Field Club will have more premium seats, similar to the Living Room boxes, and must be purchased in groups of 4.

Sections 228 through 236 are no longer Club Seating. They will still have access to an indoor concourse that is air-conditioned, however the concourse will not connect to the rest of the stadium. This area will have your normal concessions.

Sections 232, 331-333 are the only designated No Alcohol sections

In Person Appointments

If customers want to select their seats in person, they will have to contact us and set up an appointment. Please notify a manager to set up their appointment time. We are taking up to 10 appointments every half hour starting at 9am and ending at 5pm.  Customers are not allowed to book an appointment time prior to their selection time.  

Example: If someone has a selection time of 10:40 am, their in-person appointment must be after 10:40am, so at the earliest, it would be 11:00 am.

In-Person appointments will take place in the Schwartz Center lobby area.
